Technology Team

The Technology Team is made up of a system-wide technology coordinator and a local technology coordinator at each of the three schools. Each member of the Technology Team is IC3 Certified and has completed her Microsoft Specialist Certification in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word Expert, Microsoft Excel, And Microsoft Access. Donna McManus has also just received her National Board Certification.

This past summer, the Tech Team was asked to present at the Alabama Education Technology Conference in Birmingham. They presented to a packed room on the topic "Integrating the SMART Board into the classroom". The presentation was such a success that they have been asked to return this summer to teach a hands-on, six hour session on the same topic.
