CNP program receives new van

The Thomasville City Schools District's Child Nutrition Program (CNP) has received its new van, which was paid for by a $30,000.00 Share Our Strength’s “No Kid Hungry” Campaign grant. Pictured is Emily Thornton, CNP director for the school system. The van will help with food distribution from Thomasville High School to the middle school campus and will allow for an expansion of CNP services.
The purpose of this grant is to support the school system’s critical work to end childhood hunger. The grant is generously funded by Cheerios.
