Performances featuring students from the Thomasville City Schools District will be presented to the public at 7 p.m. on April 26, 2 p.m. on April 27 and 7 p.m. on April 28 in the Thomasville Civic Center. Thomasville City Schools Parents - letters went out about a PowerSchool data breach. While Alabama was part of the breach, TCS student data was not part of the incident. However, ALDSE required PowerSchool to be fully transparent and let our parents know. Another positive note - TCS had already removed Social Security numbers before the breach occurred.
The Wellness Committee of the Thomasville City Schools District will hold a meeting at 1:30 p.m. on March 31 in Thomasville High School's conference room. The purpose of the meeting is to review the wellness policy for physical activity and nutrition. Parents, students and members of the Thomasville community are encouraged to attend.
