The Thomasville Elementary School Book Fair continues through Friday, Nov. 4 in the school library. NOTE: There are special Family Night hours today, Nov. 1, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Charlotte Aguiar, a third grade student at Thomasville Elementary School, was the winner of the Red Ribbon Week contest to guess how much candy corn was in a container. There was 909 pieces in the container; her guess was 905. Wow!
TES students (grades first to fourth) can wear Fall season or Halloween shirts with jeans on Monday, Oct. 31. Pre-K and kindergarten can wear costumes.
Early release for students on Oct. 26.
Students in the Thomasville City Schools District will be released early on Wednesday, Oct. 26.

Senior Portrait makeups will also be on the 31st.
"Students of the Month" for September 2022 at Thomasville Elementary School include Austin Blackmon, pre-k; Khloe Rice, fourth grade; Nadia Christmas, second grade; Maggie Williams, first grade; Henleigh Rush, third grade; and Ryder Barnes, kindergarten.

The Special Education program will host a presentation for parents on Oct. 11 (Parenting Day) from 5 to 6 p.m. in the Thomasville Elementary School library. Special Education personnel will be present as well as a Vocational Rehabilitation representative that supports transition services for high school students.
There is a TES PTO meeting on Thursday, Oct. 6 at 5:30 p.m. in the cafeteria.
