Early release of students today

More students at Thomasville Elementary School have received "Positive Office Referrals" from teachers for displaying leadership, kindness and responsibility. "Parenting Day" will be held Oct. 20 in the Thomasville City Schools District. No classes will be held Monday. Teachers are available for parenting conferences during the following times: TES: 1 to 6 p.m.; THS: 1 to 5:30 p.m.; and TMS: 1 to 6 p.m.

The community Homecoming Pep Rally and Bonfire will be held tonight, Oct. 16, at 7 p.m. on the front lawn of Thomasville High School.
