The TMS Tigers baseball team will host Demopolis - weather permitting - for a 4 p.m. doubleheader on Friday, Feb. 27 at Donnie Fendley Field.

There will be early release of students on Thursday, Feb. 26: 11:45 a.m. at TES; noon at TMS/THS. Buses will run regular routes.

Through the Alabama SUN Bucks program, eligible school-age children will receive a one-time grocery benefit this summer. Families will receive a SUN Bucks card with the funds pre-loaded and ready to use for groceries.
These cards will be mailed to the address on file with the student’s school. If a student has moved or their address has changed, please make sure the school has the correct address.
• Address information must be updated before March 2, 2026, for families to receive their SUN Bucks card.
• Please encourage families who have had a change of address to contact their student’s school to update their information in PowerSchool.

THS softball update: Our JV doubleheader at Clarke County Monday and our JV/V game at Demopolis Tuesday will be moved to later dates due to regional basketball games. Both new dates will be posted together as soon as possible. GO TIGERS!!

There will be a $2 Valentines Day dress out for TMS students on Friday, Feb. 13: students can anything with hearts on it; socks, hairbows, shirts, or pants. Must be school appropriate; no tips, holes or tears in pants. No pajamas.

ATTENTION - TMS and THS cheer candidates: the paperwork packet and $10 are due Friday, Feb. 13. The physical must be turned in by the first day of clinic, Feb. 23.

There will be no classes on Monday, Feb. 16 in the Thomasville City Schools District in recognition of Presidents Day.
