The annual James G. Gunn Honor Band Concert will be held at 6 p.m. on March 15 at the Thomasville Civic Center.

The THS Lady Tigers JV and varsity softball teams will travel Monday, Feb. 24 to play at Sweet Water High School. JV game begins at 4 p.m.

ATTENTION: TCS Jr. High baseball doubleheader, scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21, in Grove Hill has been cancelled and will be rescheduled to March 12.

The TMS Tigers baseball team lost 13-0 to Semmes Middle School Feb. 17 in the second game at Semmes Community Park.
The TMS Tigers baseball team lost 5-3 to Semmes Middle School Feb. 17 in the first game at the Semmes Community Park.
The TMS Tigers baseball team will start the 2025 season by traveling Monday, Feb. 17 to play Semmes Middle School for a 3:30 p.m. doubleheader. The games will be played at the Semmes Community Park, 10000 Blackwell Nursery Road in Semmes.

The Thomasville High School Lady Tigers softball program will host the annual Jan Overstreet Tournament Feb. 14 and 15 at the Nathan Stephens Sports Complex.
THS begins play vs. Sweet Water at 4 p.m. on Friday.
The ceremony honoring cancer survivors will be held after the first two games on Saturday.
NOTE: Come hungry to the tournament. The first 10 nachos are free on Friday. First come, first serve. One plate of nachos per person.

There will be no classes in the Thomasville City Schools District on Monday, Feb. 17. Also, E-Learning Day will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 18 (no in-school classes).
Ferns for Furniture fundraiser for TMS library. Deadline to order is March 3.
The annual Black History Month program for THS and TMS students will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 13 in the THS gym. State representative Thomas Jackson will be the guest speaker. The public is invited.
Andrea Mills of the "LoveLikeLexi" Project spoke Feb. 11 in separate mental health assemblies for Thomasville Middle School and Thomasville High School students in the THS gym. The LoveLike Lexi project is a suicide and crisis awareness program.
