Health Hero Vaccination Clinic There will be an immunization clinic at TMS/THS on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. They will be offering: Tdap – tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis: ages 11 and older HPV – Human Papillomavirus: ages 11 and older MCV4 – Meningococcal ACWY: ages 11 and older MCVB - Meningococcal B: ages 16-25 Consent forms will go home next week. You can also download a copy from the TCS website under Health Services. All fifth grade students 11 years or older are encouraged to participate as the Tdap vaccine is required for all students before entering sixth grade.
