There will be a Thomasville Quarterback Club meeting today, Aug. 19 at 5:30 p.m. in the Bill McNair Field House.
Football players from Thomasville Middle School and Thomasville High School will participate in a grade 7 to 9 Junior High game with Clarke County at 6 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 26 in Grove Hill's H.G. Prim Stadium.

The 2024 THS varsity, junior varsity, and TMS volleyball teams. You can meet these student athletes Friday, Aug. 9 during “Meet the Tigers” at D.F. Anderson Field. The public is invited to come at 5:30 p.m. to take photos on the field.
The 2024 Thomasville Middle School Lady Tigers volleyball team. TMS will begin the season hosting Demopolis on Aug. 29.

Please remember:
1. Buses are loading and unloading. Please STOP for the safety of our young scholars.
2. At TES.. regardless of where you need to go PLEASE REMEMBER, after dropping off your child, you will have to TURN RIGHT out of the school.
3. The Posted Speed Limit in a School Zone is 20 mph.
4. Many of our Young Scholars will be walking to school, please watch for Police Officers in the Cross Walks. We are here for our student's safety.
5. There will be a lot of traffic on the road tomorrow with students and teachers all going to the Thomasville City Schools. A good suggestion is to leave a few minutes early for work.
I hope everyone has a Great First Day, and I am looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow.

The annual "Meet the Tigers" showcase will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 9 at D.F. Anderson Field. The THS football team, the THS and TMS cheerleaders, the THS and TMS volleyball teams and the Mighty Tiger Marching Band will be featured. NOTE: the TMS football team will be introduced at a later date. Fans can also stay for a scrimmage by the THS football team.
