The THS Tigers varsity football team defeated Clarke County 34-28 Oct. 30 at D.F. Anderson Field.
The Tigers travel next Friday, Nov. 7 to Smiths Station to play Glenwood School in the first round of the state playoffs. Kick off is 7 p.m. central.

Three dual enrollment students from Thomasville High School received certifications in Skid Steer operations through the Skills For Success Program at Coastal Alabama Community College. The students completed an online course in Skid Steer safety and operations. After that, they completed a two-day lab where they worked on a skid steer to show their skills.
