The 2024 THS Softball Banquet will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 28 in the Thomasville Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.
Players will eat free and any guest of a player can pay $15 at the door.

There will be early release in the Thomasville City Schools District on Wednesday, May 22 to Friday, May 24: TES, 11:45 a.m.; TMS/THS, 12:15 p.m.

Two juniors from Thomasville High School will represent the school this summer at Girls State and Boys State, respectively: Mardie Carpenter and Walt Anderson. They are pictured with Eddie Armstead Jr., THS Principal. The students were recognized May 20 at the THS Ninth through 11th Grade Awards in the school gym.
Boys State will be held May 26-June 1 at Troy University, and Girls State will be held June 2-7, also at Troy University.


Medications must be picked up by May 24.

The next meeting of the Thomasville City Board of Education will be held at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21 in the Thomasville High School Library. The public is invited.
THS Graduation, tonight, May 17, at 6:30 p.m. in the Thomasville Civic Center. Doors open at 5:45. Seats are first come-first serve. You must have a ticket to get in.
NOTE: Plans are to videotape the ceremony tonight and post it after the event.

The THS Tigers varsity baseball team beat Westbrook Christian 13-3 May 14 in the second game of the Class 3A title series in Jacksonville. The third and deciding game begins at 12:45 p.m.
ATTENTION: There will be no classes for Thomasville City Schools on Tuesday, May 14.
Thomasville High School Baseball will be playing for the 3A State Championship.
Classes will not be made up!
The THS Tigers varsity baseball team lost 11-5 to Westbrook Christian May 13 in the first game of the Class 3A title series in Jacksonville. Second game will be Tuesday at 10 a.m.
