The THS varsity softball team lost 13-3 to Providence Christian May 10 at the South Regional Tournament in Gulf Shores. Season ends for the Lady Tigers. Great season for THS softball!

The THS varsity softball team beat Excel 19-6 May 10 in the third game of the South Regional Tournament in Gulf Shores.
The next game should be at 3:15 p.m. on Field 4.

A special ceremony was held May 9 for THS senior Marli Davis who has signed a cheerleading scholarship with the University of West Alabama in Livingston. The ceremony was held in the THS library.

The THS Lady Tigers varsity softball team will begin play Tuesday, May 9 in the State South Regionals in the Gulf Shores Sportsplex. The first game will be Tuesday at 12:45 p.m. on Field 6 against Providence Christian.

Maize Lolley, a ninth grade student at Thomasville High School, has been selected as the Troy University Regional ACCESS Student of the Year for District 7 (which includes 27 counties).
Maize was nominated by Tammy Brasell, THS Counselor, who spoke towards the high academic achievement the student has maintained - all the while facing his personal health challenges. The Troy staff confirmed through his ACCESS instructors that he always displayed an exceptional attitude and work ethic.

Today, May 5, is School Lunch Hero Day! The Child Nutrition Program (CNP) staff at Thomasville High School includes Gachel Martin (THS CNP Manager), Leaniettia Washington, Melba Fuller, Shambria Holt and Ashley Biggs.


The THS varsity softball team beat Excel 5-4 May 4 to win the area tournament championship at Jan Overstreet Field.
The team will begin play May 9 in the State South Regionals in Gulf Shores.

$2 THS "Pink Out" Dress Out will be held Thursday, May 4 for THS softball. Pink shirts and jeans with no holes.


"Decision Day" is Tuesday, May 9 for Seniors at Thomasville High School.


The Thomasville High School chapter of HOSA (Future Health Professionals) has received a $500 donation from Lifesouth Community Blood Centers. The HOSA chapter recently sponsored a successful Lifesouth blood drive.
