• The Parent-Student Handbook for the 2026-2027 school year was approved.
• The Financial Report for May 2026 was approved. The payroll totaled $938,233.65, and accounts payable totaled $421,720.10.

• Revisions were approved to the school system Procurement Policy.
• Jim Davis was approved as the president of the school board for 26-27, and Taylor Williams was approved as board Vice President.
• The list of school board meeting dates for the 2026-2027 school year was approved.
• Changes to the Salary Schedule for 26-27 was approved.
• The next meeting of the Thomasville City Board of Education will be held at 5 p.m. on July 7 in the THS Library. The public is invited.
