Tryouts for the 2024 softball season will be Saturday, Sept. 30 at the softball complex. We will begin 9 a.m. and end around 11:30-12:00. Sign up for grades 9-12 is in the THS office and grades 7-8 is in the TMS office. Dress will be any type of Thomasville t-shirt and softball pants. Please have cleats and tennis shoes available. GO TIGERS!!!

The Thomasville City Schools District is in the process of conducting an evaluation of our Title I Parent and Family Engagement Program, and we would like to know what you think. The THS JV and varsity Lady Tigers volleyball team will travel Thursday, Sept. 14 to play Clarke County in Grove Hill. The JV game begins at 4:30 p.m., and the varsity game will follow at approximately 5:30 p.m.

The THS Lady Tigers varsity volleyball team won Sept. 12 at Excel High School: 25-13, 25-22 and 25-19.

The THS Lady Tigers Junior Varsity volleyball team won Sept. 12 at Excel High School: 26-28, 25-22 and 16-14.

The TMS volleyball team lost Sept. 12 at Excel: 18-25 and 19-25.

The THS JV football team lost 26-8 Sept. 11 at Linden High School.

The TMS football game Sept. 11 at University Charter School in Livingston ended in a 6-6 tie.

The TMS PTO will have a meeting at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 12 in the TMS cafeteria.

The THS varsity volleyball game Monday, Sept. 11 at Trinity in Montgomery has been canceled.

Knock Out Addiction is a new non-profit addiction prevention and awareness organization founded in memory of Kellen Overstreet. They are dedicated to reducing the rate of deaths by overdose, specifically FENTANYL poisoning.
