E-Learning Day will be held Monday, Nov. 10 in the Thomasville City Schools District (virtual classes only). In addition, there will be no classes on Tuesday, Nov. 11 in recognition of Veteran's Day.

The THS Lady Tigers basketball team will participate in the R.C. Hatch Tip-Off Classic on Saturday, Nov. 8 in Uniontown.
THS will play Selma at 1 p.m., and the Lady Tigers will play Greenville at 4 p.m.

The TMS basketball teams will travel Thursday, Nov. 6 to play in-school games at Jackson Middle School. The girls game begins at 1 p.m.
The TMS Tigers boys basketball team beat Wilson Hall 32-13 Nov. 4 in the THS gym.
The TMS girls basketball team lost to Wilson Hall 39-18 Nov. 4 in the THS gym.
Imani Brothers, Lyric Thompson and Zion Howard made the Clarke County All-County Volleyball team. A combination of Jackson High school, Clarke County High School and Thomasville High School - based on talent and hard work over the season.

Early release of students today

ATTENTION: The TMS basketball games with G.P. Austin, scheduled for Nov. 3 and 17, have been cancelled.
The THS Tigers varsity football team defeated Clarke County 34-28 Oct. 30 at D.F. Anderson Field.
The Tigers travel next Friday, Nov. 7 to Smiths Station to play Glenwood School in the first round of the state playoffs. Kick off is 7 p.m. central.

More students at Thomasville Elementary School have received "Positive Office Referrals" from teachers for displaying leadership, kindness and responsibility. The students recognized are Laramie Jordan, First Grade; and Kamari Arnold and Emmett Powell, Kindergarten. They are pictured with John Sheffield, TES Assistant Principal.
