
The TMS girls basketball team lost 47-4 Nov. 2 to Wilson Hall at Clarke County High School in Grove Hill.

The TMS Peer Helpers will be sponsoring a Thanksgiving Turkey Coloring Contest. The contest will begin on Nov. 8 and will end on Nov. 17. Coloring sheets will be delivered to homerooms. The winner of the contest will receive a prize provided by the Peer Helpers.

TMS Canned Food Drive info: Students can start bringing in canned food on Nov. 7. The food drive will continue until Friday, Nov. 18. All students who bring in 5 canned items will receive a dress out pass. Those students will be able to dress out on Wednesday, Nov. 30.

The TMS girls and boys basketball teams travel today, Nov. 2, to Grove Hill to play Wilson Hall in the Clarke County High School gym. The girls game begins at 5 p.m.
NOTE: Tickets are available at the door, and cash will be accepted.

The next meeting of the Thomasville City Board of Education has been changed to 5 p.m. on Nov. 29 in the THS library. The public is invited.
A video of the meeting will be posted on the school website the day after the meeting.

The officers from the Thomasville High School chapter of the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) for 22-23 have been announced: Alaina Bohannon, treasurer; Luke Stephens, reporter; Katherine Ledkins, secretary; Zoe Parten, vice president; and Marli Davis, president.
The National Technical Honor Society is an educational non-profit that exists to honor, recognize, and empower students and teachers in Career and Technical Education.
