The THS Lady Tigers varsity volleyball team lost to W.S. Neal Aug. 23 in the “Battle of the Tombigbee” Tournament at Leroy High School: 15-25 and 19-25. Tournament ends for the Lady Tigers.

The Thomasville High School Lady Tigers varsity volleyball team will begin the 2025 season participating today, Aug. 23 in the “Battle of the Tombigbee” tournament at Jackson Middle School. In Pool Play, THS will play Washington County at noon and Southern Choctaw at 2 p.m. before single elimination begins.

Meg Davis, a third grade student in teacher April Kilpatrick's third grade class at Thomasville Elementary School, received a "Positive Office Referral" on Aug. 21 as she "displayed responsibility and leadership" by helping cleanup the cafeteria during breakfast.
