UPDATE: The THS varsity softball team will participate Friday, April 4 and Saturday, April 5 in the Northside High School Tournament in north Tuscaloosa County (19230 Northside Parkway, Northport 35475). On Friday in Pool Play, THS will play Gordo at 2:30 p.m., and the Lady Tigers will play John Carroll Catholic at 5:30 p.m. On Saturday, Bracket Play begins. THS will first play Northside at 9 a.m. This is a double elimination tournament. Cash or check will be accepted at the gate.

The musical "Annie" is coming to Thomasville Tiger Nation! Performances featuring students from the Thomasville City Schools District will be presented to the public at 7 p.m. on April 26 and 2 p.m. on April 27 in the Thomasville Civic Center. Admission is $10, and tickets will be on sale after Spring Break. Two performances for student audiences will be presented on April 25 and 28. More details coming.
