Induction ceremonies for NHS, Mu Alpha Theta and NTHS will be held at 9:30 a.m. on April 20 in the THS gym.

The next meeting of the Thomasville City Board of Education will be held at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 25 in the Thomasville High School Library. The public is invited.

The Wellness Committee of the Thomasville City Schools District will hold a meeting at 3:15 p.m. on May 10 at the school system Central Office. The purpose of the meeting is to review the wellness policy for physical activity and nutrition. Parents, students and members of the Thomasville community are encouraged to attend. Doughnuts from the yearbook fundraiser will be delivered on Saturday, April 22. They should be delivered around 9:30 for each yearbook member to pick up, and will be delivered to you after that. If you have questions, please contact Mrs. Gregory or the member of the Thomisana Yearbook staff from which you made your purchase.

There will be a THS soccer exhibition game at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 20 at D.F. Anderson Field. Admission is $2 per student.

The THS varsity softball team will host the Thomasville Invitational April 21 and 22 at the Nathan Stephens Sports Complex. Tickets will be available at gofan.co or at the gate with debit/credit card.

The THS Tigers varsity baseball team beat Elbert County, Ga. 7-3 April 15 at Truist Park in Atlanta.
