A signing ceremony was held April 21 for Alex Schreiner, a senior at Thomasville High School, in the school library. He has been awarded a Famous Maroon Band scholarship at Mississippi State University in Starkville, which secures his position in the marching band. He also received a full academic scholarship and has been accepted in Shackouls Honors College at MSU.
