
The Thomasville High School Lady Tigers varsity softball team will participate Saturday, April 19 in the Pleasure Island Showdown at the Gulf Shores Sportsplex (19025 Oak Road W. in Gulf Shores, Ala.).
On Saturday, the Lady Tigers will play Chattanooga Christian at 8 a.m. (Field 2) and Gulf Shores at 10 a.m. (Field 1).

The THS Tigers varsity baseball team defeated Cottage Hill 5-3 April 18 in game two of the first round of the Class 3A state playoffs at Donnie Fendley Field. The Tigers win the series.
THS will travel April 25 to Glenwood School in Phenix City for the second round.

The THS Lady Tigers varsity softball team lost 4-2 to Wakulla April 18 in Gulf Shores.

The Thomasville High School Tigers varsity baseball team will host Cottage Hill in a doubleheader on Friday, April 18 for the first round of the Class 3A state playoffs at Donnie Fendley Field. Games will be at 5 and 7:30 p.m. There will be a 1 p.m. game on Saturday, April 19 if necessary.

The Thomasville City Schools Spring Band Concert will be held tonight, April 17, at 7 p.m. in the Thomasville Civic Center.
The Beginner, Intermediate and High School bands will perform.
Admission is $5.

Senior Parent Meeting, 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 17 in the THS cafeteria. Plans for Baccalaureate service will be discussed.

The THS Tigers golf team will host Excel and J.U. Blacksher at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, April 21 at the Thomasville Golf and Recreation Club.

The THS Tigers track team will travel today, April 17, for a 3:15 p.m. track meet at T.R. Miller in Brewton.

Basketball tryouts for boys will be held on April 30 in the THS gym. Middle school tryouts will be right after school, and the junior varsity and varsity tryouts will be held at 4 p.m.

Bill Miller Photography is coming Monday, April 28 to take Spring Pictures at Thomasville Elementary School and Thomasville Middle School. Students should dress in appropriate spring attire.
