BASEBALL SCHEDULE CHANGE: the THS Tigers varsity baseball home game with University Charter School has been moved to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9 at Donnie Fendley Field.

The next meeting of the Thomasville City Board of Education will be held at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25 in the Thomasville High School Library.

Thomasville City Schools Parents - letters went out about a PowerSchool data breach. While Alabama was part of the breach, TCS student data was not part of the incident. However, ALDSE required PowerSchool to be fully transparent and let our parents know. Another positive note - TCS had already removed Social Security numbers before the breach occurred.
The THS varsity softball team lost 8-3 to Northview of Florida March 22 at the Blacksher Invitational in Poarch, Ala. Tournament ends for the Lady Tigers.
The THS Lady Tigers varsity softball team beat Elberta 13-2 March 22 at the J.U. Blacksher Invitational in Poarch, Ala. The game featured one home run by Imani Brothers and two home runs by Zakiya Pritchett.

The Wellness Committee of the Thomasville City Schools District will hold a meeting at 1:30 p.m. on March 31 in Thomasville High School's conference room. The purpose of the meeting is to review the wellness policy for physical activity and nutrition. Parents, students and members of the Thomasville community are encouraged to attend. Any THS student in grades 10th - 12th interested in becoming a National Honor Society member needs to pick up an application in the office. You must have a 3.80 GPA (weighted, but not rounded) to be eligible. All applications are due Tuesday, April 1 at 3 p.m. Please see Mrs. Dozier for any questions.
