There will be early release in the Thomasville City Schools District in Friday, Nov. 7: 1:15 p.m. at TES;1:30 p.m. at TMS/THS.

The TMS girls basketball team lost 38-15 Nov. 6 at Jackson Middle School.

The TMS boys basketball team won 39-25 Nov. 6 at Jackson Middle School.

ATTENTION - UPDATE: The TMS basketball teams will travel Thursday, Nov. 6 to play in-school games at Jackson Middle School. The boys game begins at 12 p.m. Cash will be accepted at the gate. Please note that all 7th & 8th grade students will be able to ride the school bus to the game for $4 and the game tickets will be $2. Students will return back to TMS before dismissal. Concessions will be sold. Students will not be able to travel without a signed permission slip and the $4.

Updated THS basketball schedule 25-26. Season formally begins on Nov. 14.

TES PTO meeting, 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 13 in the school cafeteria.

E-Learning Day will be held Monday, Nov. 10 in the Thomasville City Schools District (virtual classes only). In addition, there will be no classes on Tuesday, Nov. 11 in recognition of Veteran's Day.

The THS Lady Tigers basketball team will participate in the R.C. Hatch Tip-Off Classic on Saturday, Nov. 8 in Uniontown.
THS will play Selma at 1 p.m., and the Lady Tigers will play Greenville at 4 p.m.

The TMS girls basketball team lost to Wilson Hall 39-18 Nov. 4 in the THS gym.

Imani Brothers, Lyric Thompson and Zion Howard made the Clarke County All-County Volleyball team. A combination of Jackson High school, Clarke County High School and Thomasville High School - based on talent and hard work over the season.
