
The THS varsity baseball team won 16-0 March 11 at Clarke County in Grove Hill.

The THS JV softball team won 9-1 in the first game March 11 at University Charter School in Livingston.

The 12th annual James G. Gunn Honor Band Concert, held March 9 in the Thomasville Civic Center, featured the following conductors: Dakota Baker, band director at Millry High School; James Boyett, musical director of the Flying Bricks Community Band and band director at Thomasville High School; and Dr. Tyler Hardison, band director at Trinity Christian Academy in Jacksonville, Fla.


The THS varsity baseball team will travel today, March 11, to play Clarke County at 5 p.m. at the Gerald Stephens Sports Complex in Grove Hill.

The THS Lady Tigers Junior Varsity softball team will travel Monday, March 11 for a 4:30 p.m. doubleheader at University Charter School in Livingston (Jaycee Park - Field A , Hopkins St.).

ATTENTION: TMS baseball doubleheader, scheduled for Tuesday, March 12 in Chatom, has been cancelled.

All former THS baseball players, who played for coach Donnie Fendley are invited to join Coach Fendley on the field during the dedication ceremony Thursday, March 14, at 6 p.m.
Also, the JV game Monday, March 11, against Clarke County in Grove Hill has been canceled, and there is only a varsity game at 5 p.m.

The THS Tigers varsity baseball team won 15-2 March 9 at Wayne County High School in Waynesboro, Miss.

The 12th annual "James G. Gunn Honor Band" concert will be held at the Thomasville Civic Center on Saturday, March 9 at 6 p.m.
Over 100 junior and senior high musicians from Choctaw, Clarke and Washington counties are expected to participate in addition to the Flying Bricks Community Band.
The guest clinicians are Tyler Hardison of Jacksonville, Fla. and Dakota Baker of Millry High School.
Admission is only $5 with those under 12 admitted free.

UPDATE: the THS Tigers varsity baseball team will travel Saturday, March 9 to Wayne County High School in Waynesboro, Miss. to only play Wayne County at 3:30 p.m.
Cash will be accepted for admission at the gate.

The TMS Tigers baseball team won 8-7 March 7 in the second game at Sweet Water.

The THS Lady Tigers varsity softball team defeated Leroy 5-2 March 7 at Jan Overstreet Field.

The TMS Tigers baseball team won 13-8 March 7 in the first game at Sweet Water.

The THS JV softball team beat Leroy 14-5 March 7 at Jan Overstreet Field.

Any student in grades 10th - 12th interested in becoming a National Honor Society member needs to pick up an application in the office. You must have a 3.80 GPA (weighted, but not rounded) to be eligible. All applications are due Friday, March 22 at 3 p.m. Please see Mrs. Dozier for any questions.
